Fernvale is a rural town and locality in the Somerset Region, Queensland, Australia.[2][3] In the 2021 census, the locality of Fernvale had a population of 3,629 people.[1]

It is a rapidly developing rural township located within the urban footprint of the South East Queensland Regional Plan 2009–2031.[4]
