The First National Bank Building, also known as the American National Bank of Denver, Colorado was originally built as the headquarters building in 1911.[2] Located at the corner of 17th and Stout Streets,[3] it is now the Magnolia Hotel.[2] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.[1][4] In 2000, it became part of the Downtown Denver Historic District.[3]
