Jay Clifford Proctor IV (born December 4, 1996) is an American professional baseball catcher and infielder who is a free agent. He played college baseball at Rice University, and was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays in the third round of the 2018 MLB draft. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Francisco Giants.
