Francisco de Paula Bucareli y Ursúa (sometimes Bucarelli) (Seville, 18 September 1708 - Pamplona, April 1780) was a Spanish noble, Governor of the Rio de la Plata (1766–1770) and Viceroy of Navarre (1773-1780).
