Frederica of Hanover (Friederike Luise; Greek: Φρειδερίκη; 18 April 1917 – 6 February 1981) was Queen of Greece from 1 April 1947 until 6 March 1964 as the wife of King Paul and the Queen Mother of Greece from March 6, 1964 until December 8, 1974, when the monarchy was officially abolished after a referendum.
