Frederick Alvin Peterson

Frederick Alvin Peterson (June 23, 1920 – April 18, 2009)[1] was an American archaeologist and anthropologist. Peterson's research focused primarily on Mexico where he spent a majority of his professional career.[2] Of his many published works, he is best known for co-authoring the book Ancient Mexico: an introduction to the pre-Hispanic cultures.[3]
