Genaro Codina is a municipality in the Mexican state of Zacatecas, located approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) southwest of the state capital at the city of Zacatecas. It is named after Genaro Codina [es], musician and composer of the state anthem, the "March of Zacatecas".
