Genesis is the name of three separate fictional characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.

The first and most well known is Tyler Dayspring, a mutant and foe of Cable and Wolverine. He first appeared in a flashback in X-Force #1 (August 1991), and appeared as Mister Tolliver is in X-Force #5 (1992) and his first appearance as Genesis was in Cable #19.[1] Some sources state that he is Cable's son, while others state that he is actually Cable's 'nephew' since his father was Stryfe.

The second genesis is a clone of En Sabah Nur raised in the virtual reality known as the World. Known as Evan Sabahnur, he first appeared in Uncanny X-Force #7.

The third Genesis is a female mutant and the long lost wife of Apocalypse. She first appeared in a drawing in Free Comic Book Day 2020 (X-Men/Dark Ages) #1 (2020), and made her full appearance in X-Men (Vol. 5) #12 and as Annihilation in X of Swords: Stasis #1 (2020).[2]
