George Kreiss (September 9, 1830 – May 10, 1907) was an Alsatian American immigrant, businessman, and Democratic politician. He was an important figure in the early development of the city of Appleton, Wisconsin, and was a founder of the city's first fire department. He also represented Appleton and surrounding towns in the Wisconsin State Senate and State Assembly.
