Georgiy Nikolozis dze Daneliya[a] (25 August 1930 – 4 April 2019) was a Soviet film director and screenwriter.[1] He was named a People's Artist of the USSR in 1989 and a laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation in 1997.[2]
