Germania Township is a township in Todd County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 474 at the 2000 census and 527 in the 2020 census.[3] Germania Township was organized in 1880, and named for the steamship Germania which Paul Steinbach, a German settler had arrived on.[4] The 1917 Germania Hall is on the National Register of Historic Places.[5]
