Gosenzo-sama Banbanzai! (御先祖様万々歳!, lit. "Long Long Live the Ancestors!") is a 1989 Japanese comedy drama science fiction OVA written and directed by Mamoru Oshii and animated by Pierrot.[1] A compilation film consisting of footage from the episodes entitled MAROKO (麿子, MAROKO), also directed by Oshii, was released in 1990.[2]
