Guy Thomas Opperman (born 18 May 1965) is a British former politician who served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Roads and Local Transport from November 2023 to July 2024.[1] He previously served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Pensions and Financial Inclusion at the Department for Work and Pensions between 2017 and 2022[2][a] and Minister of State for Employment from 2022 to 2023.[3] A member of the Conservative Party, he served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Hexham from 2010 to 2024.
