Habib Thiam (21 January 1933 – 26 June 2017)[1] was a Senegalese politician. He served as Prime Minister of Senegal on two occasions, from 1 January 1981 to 3 April 1983, and again from 8 April 1991 until 3 July 1998.
He also served as President of the National Assembly from 1983 to 1984.[2]
