The Halifax International Security Forum (also known as HISF or Halifax Forum) is an annual summit for international government and military officials, academic experts, authors and entrepreneurs, held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.[1] It is organized by HFX, an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization headquartered in Washington, D.C.[2][3] HFX addresses global security issues through various programs, with the Halifax International Security Forum serving as its flagship event.[4] The 16th Halifax International Security Forum is scheduled for November 22-24, 2024.[5]
