Haliotis kamtschatkana, common name the northern abalone, threaded abalone, or pinto abalone, is a species of large sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Haliotidae, the abalones.[1][3]

It has been listed as "Endangered" by the IUCN Red List of Endangered Species since 2006.[1]
