Hallyuworld is a tourist complex that is constructed by the Gyeonggi provincial government on 990,000 square meters of land. It is being constructed in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The objective of Hallyuworld is to globalize Hallyu. The main facilities will be a theme park, hotels, commercial facilities, and the content production facilities.

HallyuWorld is said to mimic the Universal Studio Tour or Disneyland. The project's aim is to build “a world- class cluster of cultural and tourist infrastructure and a center of mass culture in East Asia”.^[1]
