Hamilton Township is a civil township of Van Buren County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the township population was 1,370.[3]
The township is mostly agricultural with no towns. There are some private campgrounds and cottages at Lake-of-the-Woods.
Hamilton Township was organized in 1839.[4]
