Harlem is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hendry County, Florida, United States. It was established in 1928, and its population is predominantly African American.[5] The population was 2,441 at the 2020 census, down from 2,658 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Clewiston, Florida Micropolitan Statistical Area (μSA).
