Harry Levinson

Harry Levinson (1922 – June 26, 2012) was an American psychologist and consultant in work and organizational issues.[1] He was a pioneer in the application of psychoanalytic theory to management and leadership.[1][2] He linked the failure of managers to effectively contain the anxieties of workers to employee depression and low productivity.[3]
