Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station (station code: NZM[1]), a constituent of the Indian Railways network, is located in South Delhi and is managed by the Delhi Division of the Northern Railway zone. One of the five primary railway stations of Delhi, it handles nearly 250 trains daily.[2][3] Christened after the medieval Sufi saint Nizamuddin Auliya, the station was upgraded to alleviate congestion at New Delhi railway station.
