Hemmatabad (Persian: همت اباد)[a] is a city in, and the capital of, Taghenkuh District[4] of Firuzeh County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. It also serves as the administrative center for Taghenkuh-e Shomali Rural District (formerly Taghenkuh Rural District).[5]
