Herman L. Taylor Jr. is an American politician who served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 2003-2011 in Maryland's 14th Legislative District. District 14 includes parts of Silver Spring, Calverton, Colesville, Cloverly, Fairland, Burtonsville, Olney, Brookeville, Laytonsville, Damascus, Ashton and Sandy Spring in Montgomery County.[1] He is the founder of the Minority Business Economic Council.
