Herman Joseph Moore (born October 20, 1969) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. He played college football for the Virginia Cavaliers and was selected by the Detroit Lions in the first round of the 1991 NFL draft, and also played for the New York Giants.
