Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is in the Central District of Abhar County, Zanjan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Nurin.[4] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Sharifabad.[5]

was invoked but never defined (see the help page)....the center of Howmeh Rural District of Abhar County will be changed from Sharifabad village to Nurin village. G - The center of Mah Neshan Rural District of Mahneshan County will be changed from Mah Neshan city to Sarik village. H - Nurabad village from Khararud Rural District in the Central District of Khodabandeh County will be transformed into a city and known as Nurbahar city.
