Hwangbo Seung-hee (Korean황보승희; born 5 August 1976) is a South Korean politician who served as the Youth Chief of the People Power Party (PPP) between 2020 and 2024. She is also the Member of the National Assembly for Central-Yeongdo since 2020. Prior to these, she was a member of the Yeongdo District Council and the Busan Metropolitan Council.
