Igor Yurievich Artemyev (‹See Tfd›Russian: Игорь Юрьевич Артемьев; born 27 November 1961) is a Russian politician and government official.[1] He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.[2]
