Admiral Igor Olegovich Kostyukov (Russian: И́горь Оле́гович Костюко́в; born 21 February 1961) is a Russian naval officer. As of 2018[update], he is the Director of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian General Staff (GRU).[1]
