Ilshat Kuzikov (Russian: Ильшат Кузиков; born 27 February 1960) is a Tajik-born Russian serial killer and cannibal[1] who murdered a minimum of three male acquaintances in his apartment in Saint Petersburg between 1994 and 1995;[2] however, he claimed to have begun in 1992.[3]
