Indrek Toome (19 September 1943 – 28 February 2023) was a Soviet and Estonian communist politician and, after the restoration of Estonia's independence in 1991, an entrepreneur.[1] From 1988 to 1990, he was the head of the Council of Ministers—informally, the "prime minister"—in Soviet-occupied Estonia.[1]
