Isaac W. Choy[1] is an American politician and a former Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives representing District 23 from November 2012 to November 2018.[2] Choy consecutively served from 2008 until 2012 in the District 24 seat.

In 2020, Choy was appointed to serve as director of the state Department of Taxation.[3]
