Isaac Kwadwo Adjei Mensah (20 September 1944 – 7 June 2015) was a Ghanaian politician and was the member of parliament for the Techiman North constituency in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana.[1][2] He was a member of parliament in the 2nd and 3rd parliament of the 4th republic of Ghana and a Regional Minister for the Brong-Ahafo Region, as well as a Minister of Water Resources, Works and Housing.[3]
