Isabel II barrio-pueblo (referred to as Isabel Segunda in Spanish) is a barrio and the administrative center (seat ) in the downtown area in the island-municipality of Vieques, Puerto Rico . Its population in 2010 was 1,354.[ 3] [ 4] [ 5]
