Ismail Qemali Gramshi

Not to be confused with Ismail Qemali, founder and first Prime minister of Albania.

Ismail Qemali Gramshi was one of the delegates of the Albanian Declaration of Independence in 1912,[1] representing Gramsh and Tomorrica regions.[2]
