Ivan Mikhaylovich Shabanov (Russian: Иван Михайлович Шабанов; born 18 October 1939) is a Russian politician, who was the Governor of Voronezh Oblast from 1996 to 2000. He is currently the advisor to the chairman of the Board of Directors of Agrokhimsoyuz since February 2001.
