American acting coach
Ivana Chubbuck is an American acting coach . She heads a drama school in Los Angeles and hosts acting workshops worldwide.[ 1] [ 2]
She is the author of the best-selling book, The Power of the Actor , published by a division of Penguin Books (Gotham). The book has been translated into 18 languages.[ 3] [ 4]
Chubbuck originally worked as an actress before becoming an acting coach.[ 5] Some of her notable clients include David Boreanaz ,[ 6] Halle Berry ,[ 7] Emily Deschanel ,[ 6] Eva Mendes ,[ 8] RuPaul ,[ 9] Sharon Stone ,[ 7] Charlize Theron ,[ 10] and Jon Voight .[ 7] [ 11]
