Joseph Leo Seko Abbey was a Ghanaian economist, politician and diplomat.[1] He served as Ghana's Commissioner for Economic Planning from 1978 to 1979. He was Ghana High Commissioner to Canada from 1984 to 1986, Ghana High Commissioner to the United Kingdom from 1986 to 1990, and Ghana Ambassador to the United States of America from 1990 to 1994.
