Jacquelyn Phillips Lacey[1] (born February 27, 1957)[2][3] is an American politician who served as the District Attorney of Los Angeles County from December 3, 2012 to December 7, 2020. Lacey was the first woman, and first African-American, to serve as LA District Attorney since the office was created in 1850.[4]
