Jackson Yee (simplified Chinese: 易烊千玺; traditional Chinese: 易烊千璽; pinyin: Yì Yángqiānxǐ; born 28 November 2000) is a Chinese actor, singer and dancer. After being discovered by a talent manager at a children's talent competition, Yee became the youngest member of the Chinese boy band TFBoys in 2013.[1]
Yee is also a solo artist. His single in 2017, Li Sao (The Lament) was named "Mandarin Song of the Year" by Billboard Radio China. Yee starred in the TV series The Longest Day in Chang'an (2019) and Forward Forever (2020). He received critical acclaim for his performances in films Better Days (2019), A Little Red Flower (2020), Nice View (2022) and Full River Red (2023).
Yee ranked eighth on Forbes China Celebrity 100 list in 2019, and first in 2020 and 2021.[2][3][4][5][6][7] According to Chinese media reports in 2019, he is one of the most commercially valuable stars in China.[8][9]
