Jacob Ryan Mitchell OLY (born December 22, 2001) is an American swimmer and Olympian. He placed eighth in the 400 meter freestyle at the 2020 Summer Olympics. At the 2019 World Junior Championships, he won a gold medal in the 4×200 meter freestyle relay. He currently competes at the collegiate level for the University of Michigan.
