Jamel Ramsay (born c. 1986) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for the State University of New York Maritime College, a position he has held since 2024. He was the head football coach for Paul D. Schreiber Senior High School from 2011 to 2015 and Nassau Community College from 2017 to 2023.
