James Joseph Greco (born January 4, 1958) is an American businessman and entrepreneur. Currently, he serves as the chief executive officer of Tijuana Flats.[3] Throughout his career, he has held numerous executive positions in the foodservice industry, as well as various directorships.[4][5]
