Jasur Alimjanovich Rizayev (born 27 June 1974) is an Uzbek scientist, a doctor of medical sciences, a rector and a professor. He is the rector of Samarkand State Medical Institute, one of the oldest institutions of higher education in Uzbekistan.^[1] He is the author of numerous textbooks and manuals for medical students.
