The Jays are a duo of American basketball players, Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, who play professionally for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). They were both drafted by the Celtics with the third overall pick, in 2016 and 2017, respectively.
Considered one of the best duos in the league,[1][2] Brown and Tatum are both NBA All-Stars.[3] They have led the Celtics to six Eastern Conference Finals, two NBA Finals, and one NBA championship. Their 2024 season has been considered one of the best in NBA history.[4] Both players have been named the Eastern Conference finals MVP, while Brown has also been named the NBA Finals MVP.[5][6]
