Jedburgh (/ˈɛdbərə/ JED-bər-ə; Scottish Gaelic: Deadard; Scots: Jeddart or Jethart)[3] is a town and former royal burgh in the Scottish Borders and the traditional county town of the historic county of Roxburghshire.[4]
