Jennifer Lee Garfein Ashton (born April 23, 1969) is an American physician, author and television correspondent. Dr Ashton is currently the Founder and CEO of women's wellness company Ajenda. [1]. In June 2024, Dr Ashton left ABC News after 13 years, where she most recently served as the network's chief health and medical correspondent, and co-host of GMA3: What You Need to Know. She left the network to focus on Ajenda. She was formerly chief women's health correspondent for The Dr. Oz Show, and a columnist for Cosmopolitan Magazine. She is also a frequent guest speaker and moderator for events raising awareness of women's health issues.[1]
