Jerome Virgil Henderson (born August 8, 1969) is an American professional football coach and former player who is the defensive backs coach for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). He played in the NFL as a cornerback for the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles and New York Jets.

Henderson played college football for the Clemson Tigers and was selected in the second round of the 1991 NFL draft.[1][2] He played in two Super Bowls; one with the Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl XXVIII and another with the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XXXI.
