Jeremy Joseph James Hayes (born 1952 or 1953)[1] is a British barrister and former Conservative politician, who was the MP for Harlow in Essex from 1983 until he failed to be re-elected in 1997. He subsequently returned to practising criminal law.
Thirty-year-old Mr Hayes took a trip to the top of the town hall on Tuesday for an aerial view of the constituency.
