Jimmie V. Reyna (born November 11, 1952) is an American lawyer, former president of the Hispanic National Bar Association, and a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.[1]

Reyna's appointment to the federal bench had two historical distinctions: he became both the first Latino and first international trade practitioner to be appointed to the Federal Circuit.
