James Hitchcock (1930 – 25 December 2015) was an English professional golfer.[1]

Hitchcock was born in Bromley. He won several major professional tournaments including the 1960 British Masters and the 1965 Agfa-Gevaert Tournament.[2][3] He was selected as a member of the Great Britain and Ireland Ryder Cup team in 1965, losing all three of the matches he played.[1]
